 NOTE: Parking on the circle in front of the REC is reserved for dropping off and picking up.  Vehicles parked longer than 15 minutes are subject to ticketing.

Directions to Fort Belvoir

 

From Washington DC (1-95 South)

  • Traveling south on 1-95, take Exit 166 A Fairfax Parkway/Backlick Road (7100). 
  • Take the Fairfax County Parkway to its end at U.S. Rt. 1 (Richmond Highway.) 
  • Turn left. 
  • The first light on the right is the entrance for Tulley Gate onto Fort Belvoir. 

From Richmond (1-95 North)

  • Traveling north on 1-95 North, take Exit 161 B Ft. Belvoir (U.S. Rt 1 -- Richmond Highway)  
  • You will travel five miles to Fort Belvoir.  
  • Continue through the light at the Fairfax County Parkway (VA 7100).
  • At the next stoplight, on the right side you will see the entrance for Tulley Gate, turn right. 

Visitor Processing Operations Center

All visitors in vehicles without Department of Defense decals must enter Fort Belvoir through Tulley Gate. The Tulley Gate is open 24/7.
